Even Andrew held this little sweetheart for a while....so cute.

With full bellies from a delicious brunch we all headed over to Uncle Bob's for games and more food.
Maya got bundled up to brave the cold -- it really was tundra-like in MN. But if you gotta go out in the cold, might as well do it in style like this little cutie!
Relaxing before the big game we were about to play -- "Minute To Win It".
Have you heard of this show on TV? It's game show where contestants have 60 seconds to complete little challenges using household items. For example, balancing 3 golf balls on top of each other for 3 seconds. Sheri and Shea put the whole thing together and we competed in teams for a secret grand prize. We laughed so hard watching the other teams scramble to complete the challenges. We will never forget Grandma jumping around in an effort to pop the ping pong balls out of the Kleenex box tied around her waste -- we all looked ridiculous when it was our turn, but were so proud of Grandma for giving it her all ;)
And the winning team was .....Courts & Brian! What a dynamic duo.

We had a really nice ham dinner (thanks to Uncle Bob and Diane - it was so tasty) and some more play time with M&M.

Then came Yankee Swap. The pile of kitchen themed gifts for the Yankee Swap this year was quite impressive. We played one round for the "premium gifts" (we got a rice cooker that has already been used multiple times haha) and a number of rounds for all of the others.
Overall, we spent Christmas the way you're supposed to - with family and good grub, celebrating the birth of our Lord and the gift of time spent with loved ones.
