Living in Luxury - Phuket, Thailand

For only three short, but fun days, we stayed at the 5-star Movenpick Resort and Spa in Phuket, Thailand. Andrew booked the whole thing so the hotel was a surprise to me when we landed in Thailand. It was hot and sunny the whole time - we were so lucky!

Our room was AMAZING! As you can see we had our own patio, outdoor shower, infinity pool and sliding wall to open our room up to the pool/patio. Nice work Andrew!


Never before and never again while backpacking . . . but isn't it nice!


One of Andrew's highlights was the huge buffet at the resort each morning. There had to be over 50 things to choose from.


This is just to give you an idea of all the shrines you see around Thailand. Some small like this and others very large (20+ feet).
