On Saturday morning we had homemade blueberry muffins to start the day off right. We then took advantage of a break in the rain and went into the city to see the Golden Gate Bridge (of course!) and for some great Chinese food. Saturday evening we made dinner at home, did a craft project (something we've always loved doing) and watched a movie by the fire. What a relaxing evening...
On Sunday we slept in and then on a whim decided to take a quick trip up to Sonoma for some wine tasting (post to follow). It was so beautiful up there - I'm so glad we were able to show Katie wine country!
Sunday evening we helped our friend Paul O'Neill celebrate a new job. He made a group of us dinner and drinks - it was delicious and really to see some friends we haven't seen in a while.
Sadly, Katie had to go home this afternoon. We cant wait for her and Adam to come visit us this summer!
