About a month ago we had a fun (testosterone heavy) weekend here in Berkeley with Ryan and Dad visiting. Ryan randomly decided to come to hang out for 10 days, which he randomly does sometimes and we always enjoy :) And Dad came out for a much anticipated "Dad Weekend" and was kind enough to bring some amazing weather with him.
We laid low on Friday night but had the opportunity to see a Cal football game (for free!) at the new Memorial Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The sun was shining and the Bears played decently well.
We were all mostly interested in checking out the new digs and catching some rays. It was fun to watch another college football game but an odd feeling to now know any of the chants/cheers/etc. that the student section led. I guess once a Gopher, always (and only) a Gopher.

We also ate at one of my favorite food trucks (Roli Roti, yummmm), split a cheeseboard pizza, got a bunch of cheese to from the Cheeseboard cheese shop, watched movies, went on a hike, enjoyed burritos from our favorite Mexican spot -- basically we ate and laughed, A LOT.
Love having each of these guys around.
