Labor Day

Well, we successfully made it through our first pseudo-holiday away from home. It was a gorgeous day here in Berkeley so we decided to take advantage of it by going for a hike and picnic in the park.

As I mentioned before, there is a great regional park close to our house. Today we discovered a whole new part of the park we didn't even know existed! There is a small lake with a man made beach and tons of hiking trails. We are so excited to start hiking in the park as often as we can.

It was fun to see all of the families spending time together, but it made us miss you all! Hope everyone had a happy and safe Labor Day weekend!
